Legacy Circle

The Legacy Circle is a growing community of people who believe in preserving history, strengthening community, and investing in future generations. At the St. John Family Life & Fitness Center, the Legacy Circle includes alumni, volunteers, donors, community partners, families, program participants, and supporters who each play a role in carrying the St. John story forward.

Built through community investment nearly a century ago, the St. John Rosenwald School exists today because generations of people chose to give their time, talents, resources, and voices to something larger than themselves. Today, that same spirit continues through the Legacy Circle — a network of individuals committed to ensuring that SJFLFC remains a place of education, wellness, cultural preservation, and community connection for generations to come.

Whether someone contributes through volunteering, sharing oral histories, attending programs, sponsoring events, or making financial donations, every act of support becomes part of the living legacy of St. John. Donors and benefactors are not simply supporters of the mission — they become part of the story itself, helping preserve a historic Rosenwald School while expanding opportunities for the community it continues to serve.

The Legacy Circle represents more than giving; it represents belonging. It is a shared commitment to honoring the past, empowering the present, and creating a stronger future rooted in heritage, health, hope, and unity.
